Senior Adult Ministry

  

     

     Mrs. Rite Strickland is our Senior Adult minister and she loves seniors!

 

     Our Senior Adult Ministry is a vast and growing ministry here at FBCLP.  We are excited about how God is using our Senior adults in our church, our community, and our world.  There are many ministries that are offered for our senior adults.  

 

     Our SonShiners provide spiritual and social encouragement through monthly lunch and fellowship meetings and frequent travels.  

 

     Our Campers On Mission is an exciting ministry that is in conjunction with other churches and Christians across the country. They travel to different places extending missionary services to people in need. They do various works such as: Vacation Bible Schools, Back Yard Bible Clubs, constuction work and other services.  

 

     Our Retirees on Mission (R.O.M) is an organization that is active world wide in mission activities. They also have monthly fellowships.  As you can see, our Senior Adult ministry is busy doing the work of the Great Commission. They invite you to join them in their work for the Lord.
